Insurance Plans
Guardian Angels Home Care accepts all insurance plans. Rates are set with the insurance company, and clients are responsible for the deductibles and other fees. Please note that home care payments require pre-authorization from the concerned insurance company.
We accept Medicaid Waivers CCSP, ICWP, SOURCE, and many more.
We also accept referrals from Care Management Services in the six regions that serve in the state of Georgia and from case managers in the ICWP Program and Area Agency on Aging. Clients may be responsible for the cost share.
Please note that a patient must be Medicaid-eligible in order to participate in Medicaid waiver programs and to qualify for full or partial coverage.
State Waiver Referral Programs
We can refer clients to appropriate agencies for them to qualify for state and community programs. In some case, the clients may be responsible for the cost share.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Our home healthcare agency accepts payments through major credit cards, checks, money orders, and more for private services.
Workman’s Compensation
This requires pre-authorization from a Workman’s Comp Case Manager.
Veterans’ Administration Cases
This also requires pre-authorization from a case manager.
